Terms of service

Sigura: COD Confirmation, operated by Niche Kit. Last updated 2026-10-22.

1. Agreement

These terms are between Niche Kit ("we", "us") and the business that installs Sigura: COD Confirmation ("you", the "Merchant"). By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you install on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. The service

Sigura sends WhatsApp messages to customers who placed a Cash on Delivery order in your Shopify store, collects their reply and delivery details, and updates the order in Shopify (tags, note and, if you choose, cancellation). It uses your own WhatsApp Business account and credentials. We do not provide a WhatsApp number, and we are not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider.

We may improve, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that significantly reduce what the app does.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Fees

The app is free to install and use during the launch period. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price in the app and in the Shopify App Store, charge only through Shopify's billing system, and only after you approve the charge.

Messages sent through your WhatsApp Business account are billed to you by Meta under Meta's pricing. Those charges are separate from any fee we charge, and we do not control them. Meta's prices and rules change, including the pricing changes that took effect on 1 October 2026.

5. No guarantee of results

Order confirmation can reduce failed deliveries, but we do not promise any reduction in returns, cancellations or any other result. Results depend on your products, customers, couriers and the data you provide.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp, Shopify and other providers may fail or change in ways that affect the app. Support is by email at support@nichekit.app, and we aim to answer within two business days.

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Data Processing Agreement (/dpa) describe how we handle data. When you uninstall the app we delete your credentials and scheduled jobs immediately and the rest of your data as described there.

8. Intellectual property

We own the app, its software, design and brand. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these terms apply. You own your store data and your message content.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost orders, lost data, or for charges or restrictions imposed by Meta, Shopify or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if Meta or Shopify require it, or if keeping the service running for you becomes unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 9 and 11) survive.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts there have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
